The Fabulous Picture Show, a weekly movie review show on U.K's AlJazeera station invites me every so often to watch their films and ask questions to the directors and actors. Their choice of films are right up my alley too with a foreign and independent feel. All free, free food, and one of the coolest film venues the Everyman.We watch the Sri Lankan film Machen. Never seen or even heard of a film in Sri Lankan. We met Italian Director Uberto Pasolini. Wonderful to hear how he read about 23 Sri Lankans who came to Germany posing to be the national handball team. As soon as they got to Germany, the dissappeared without a trace. Enjoyable!
