I pretty much grew up on this track. I could not possibly miss the Breeders Cup this time around. I was here on Breeders Cup in 1986. Although I did not win one race, it was still a great say out and pretty nostaglic for me. Gary and I were press that day, or at least we sat with the press and ate and drink what they did.This was the first time the Breeders Cup was split into 2 days. We decided not to go the 2nd day, opened up online betting accounts on TGV, and did not leave the couch all Saturday. It was nice to win the last 4 races. In the end, it was truly the day of Zenyatta.
Next year, here I come Churchill Downs!
