No more Foie Gras in CA, but not in Spain!

Not only is long time Mai-britt nice enough to get me from the airport, but her and Vicente bring me for a treat in Valencia's Mardeavellanas. Foie Gras (which was just banned in California) with jam and acpricots. Bacon in a mojito. What a treat indeed. Helps they knew the chef who did study under Adria Ferran.
