Day 90...Finished! completed the cooking program, completed the 5 phases of the apprentice program. In merchant marine programs, it's always about counting days. And this time, 90 days was the count down, and finally I arrived.
My time here this time around was really chill. About 6 hours a day of cooking or learning, gym, hardly spending money, a lot of hotel room time, and a couple trips to NY and DC. Don't think I will miss south Maryland. Now about being able to
cook for 25 guys everyday 2 meals, not to sure about that.
...1:30am....again bus....2 hours Baltimore airport...1 change Houston...Las Vegas 2pm...and tired.
