Dude, where's my car?

6am Wed March 18th. Fall River, MA.  Like a good sailor, I am swabbing the deck. 120 days straight of swabbing the deck and today I do it for the last time on the Energy Enterprise. Now to start on lunch prep.

2pm I made it out of the ship finally. .........Car pick up Providence, RI airport.

3pm I hate Sears and shopping malls. Probably more so in the cold of the east coast winter and in weird suburb. Has anyone heard of Warwick? Anyways, I'm not bringing these boots on the plane. Return time.

4pm Dunkin Dounuts. When in Rome.....
        On the road to Boston.

6pm Stow, MA. Yeh, I never heard of Stow either. Driving on narrow roads in what I call the forest over frozen ponds. Pretty surreal actually. I just hope I don't fall in. That would suck. Hope the journey to my cousin's is worth it.
9pm Boston. Old Collage friend. Jen says, park the car in the Rite Aid parking lot, you'll be fine.
One glass of wine later, when I come out,  where's my car? Nice, cold is shit, unfamiliar territory, midnight, flight to catch in a few hours and I got to go to some towing service.

I get to the towing place, no lights on anywhere, dark and dingy. I see a small window, a hispanic with headphones on. He tries to help me and continue to talk to his boy on the phone in Spanish. He keeps calling my poppy. $140 cash only later and he didn't want to give me a receipt. Dodgy dodgy dodgy. He points to my car and off I go. The adventure continues.

2:30 So what does one do at 2 in the morning to kill time before my 6am flight? Casino of course. Twin Falls Casino. People here look like death. They are on their last leg. Didn't see a smile the who place, just a bunch of losers literally. Combing over 3 football fields of every possible casino table game and slot machine, there is not a poker table to be found. So I won't even gamble and smartphone it.

6am..Providence, Rhode Island. Been kinda long day.

Now to Charlotte, Dallas, and finally Orange county. I didn't book this flight, believe me.
