Doctors in surgery or cooks rolling dough? 
Some may think this Taiwanese sensation Din Tai Fung and it's soup in a dumpling would be worth waiting 2-3 hours in line, but not I said that cat. I got my to go order and blew this joint. It was good, but for a few dumplings, but $30 later, I'm still hungry.
